Your Guarantee and Peace of Mind. Whenever you purchase an Adrenalin product, it is covered by the Land & Sea Lifetime Warranty. This means that the product is guaranteed for its normal life against faults in manufacturing, materials or workmanship.

General Product LIFETIME WARRANTY

Land & Sea products carry a lifetime warranty limited to the original purchaser for its normal life against faults in manufacturing, materials or workmanship. Misuse and fair wear and tear precluded. To maintain the warranty on Scuba equipment and Spearguns, you must have the product serviced every 12 months from purchase date, by a technician qualified to service Land & Sea Sports Scuba equipment and Spearguns.

What is covered
This Land & Sea Sports warranty covers to the original owner a limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturing, materials or workmanship. All parts including hoses where applicable are covered for a period of 12 months.

What is not covered
Damages or failure due to fair wear and tear are not covered. This warranty will not be upheld or parts replaced resulting from misuse, neglect, excessive external abrasion, alteration, loss or unauthorised repairs. Consumables and normal annual service maintenance and parts are not covered by this warranty.

How may defects be corrected
Complying with the warranty, Land & Sea Sports will either repair or replace parts or products at their discretion with the same or similar component. The cost of labour and freight are not covered by this warranty. When returning a product, please enclose a photocopy of your service record.

Note: Repair or replacement of defective products, parts or accessories are your sole remedy under this warranty IN NO EVENT SHALL LAND & SEA SPORTS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.


CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. The product remains the property of the original purchaser.
2. Proof of purchase from an authorised Land & Sea Sports Dealer must accompany the goods returned for service, eg: warranty card or sales docket.
3. Goods will normally be repaired. However they maybe exchanged if deemed appropriate by the Land & Sea Sports Co.
4. Replacement of goods by a reseller without prior approval from a Land & Sea Representative is at the re-seller
